StreamBridge Terms of Service

Last updated: August 23, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of StreamBridge (“StreamBridge,” “the Bot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Gozar Productions LLC.

By inviting StreamBridge to a Discord server, configuring a standalone or Discord-connected bridge, authorizing a connected platform account, or using a channel where StreamBridge is active, you agree to these Terms and the StreamBridge Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use StreamBridge.

1. The service

StreamBridge is a cross-platform chat-relay service. It may:

  • Relay messages between connected streaming platforms
  • Forward messages from the selected shared Discord relay channel to streaming platforms
  • Display Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and Social Stream Ninja messages in Discord
  • Operate as a standalone bridge without Discord
  • Connect directly to Twitch, YouTube, and Kick
  • Connect optionally to Social Stream Ninja
  • Support TikTok and other platforms through Social Stream Ninja
  • Automatically switch between direct and Social Stream Ninja transport
  • Use webhooks to display a chatter’s name, platform, message, and avatar in Discord
  • Detect and suppress duplicate messages and relay loops

Available functionality may depend on platform APIs, the operator’s configuration, server permissions, rate limits, quotas, outages, and third-party service availability.

2. Eligibility

You may use StreamBridge only if:

  • You meet Discord’s minimum age requirement
  • You meet the minimum age requirements of every connected platform you use
  • You are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms
  • Your use is permitted by applicable law
  • You are not prohibited from using StreamBridge or the connected services

If you use StreamBridge on behalf of an organization, business, or community, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Server-administrator authority

You may invite or configure StreamBridge only if you have permission to do so.

By configuring a Discord server, you represent that you are authorized to:

  • Select the shared Discord relay channel StreamBridge reads from and posts into
  • Independently enable or disable forwarding from and to that channel
  • Connect the server to streaming-platform accounts
  • Connect the server to a Social Stream Ninja session
  • Cause messages to be reposted between communities and platforms
  • Create or allow StreamBridge to create webhooks in the selected channel

Server administrators are responsible for informing members when their messages may be relayed outside Discord.

4. Platform-account authorization

You may authorize a Discord, Google/YouTube, Twitch, or Kick account only if you own it or have permission from its owner to use it with StreamBridge and perform the configured relay functions.

You must not:

  • Authorize another person’s account without permission
  • Circumvent account restrictions
  • Share private authorization links
  • Attempt to obtain another user’s tokens or credentials
  • Misrepresent the account or channel being connected

StreamBridge authorization occurs on the relevant platform’s website. StreamBridge does not ask for or require your Google, YouTube, Kick, Twitch, or Discord password.

5. YouTube terms

StreamBridge uses YouTube API Services.

By using StreamBridge’s YouTube features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

YouTube features are also governed by:

  • Google Privacy Policy
  • YouTube API Services Terms of Service
  • YouTube API Services Developer Policies

StreamBridge may, with authorization:

  • Identify the authorized YouTube channel
  • Discover its active livestream chat
  • Read live-chat messages
  • Post relayed messages into live chat

You remain responsible for all messages posted to YouTube through your authorization.

You may revoke StreamBridge’s Google access through the Google Account connections page.

6. Other third-party services

Your use of StreamBridge may also be subject to the terms, policies, and community rules of:

  • Discord
  • Twitch
  • Kick
  • Social Stream Ninja
  • Google
  • Cloudflare
  • Any other service connected through Social Stream Ninja

You are responsible for understanding and complying with those rules.

StreamBridge is an independent service and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Discord, Twitch, Google, YouTube, Kick, Cloudflare, or Social Stream Ninja unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Relayed messages and public visibility

StreamBridge is designed to copy messages between different communities and platforms.

When you send a message in a configured shared Discord relay channel or connected streaming chat, the message may be reposted elsewhere with information such as:

  • Your display name
  • Your source platform
  • Your profile image
  • Your username color
  • Your message text
  • Attached image content or an image URL
  • Custom emote names or rendered emotes

A message visible in one community may therefore become visible in other communities.

Do not use connected channels for information you expect to remain private.

Deleting a message from its original platform may not delete copies already relayed to other platforms. StreamBridge does not control the retention, moderation, or deletion systems of destination platforms.

8. User content

You retain any rights you hold in messages and other content you submit.

You grant StreamBridge a limited, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, format, reproduce, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate the relay service.

You represent that:

  • You have the right to submit the content
  • Relaying the content does not violate another person’s rights
  • The content and its relay do not violate applicable law
  • The content complies with the rules of every relevant platform and community

StreamBridge does not claim ownership of user messages.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use StreamBridge to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or abuse another person
  • Promote hatred or violence
  • Distribute illegal, infringing, or non-consensual content
  • Share private or confidential information without permission
  • Impersonate another person or organization deceptively
  • Send spam, scams, deceptive promotions, or unauthorized advertisements
  • Artificially inflate engagement or evade platform restrictions
  • Coordinate ban evasion or moderation evasion
  • Distribute malware, malicious links, or harmful code
  • Phish for passwords, tokens, financial information, or other credentials
  • Overload, disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, or attack StreamBridge or its infrastructure
  • Bypass rate limits, access controls, authorization checks, or security measures
  • Use platform data for surveillance, profiling, or unauthorized tracking
  • Use StreamBridge in a way that causes the operator to violate a platform agreement
  • Resell or commercially exploit StreamBridge without written permission

10. Moderation responsibility

StreamBridge is a relay tool, not a moderation service.

Discord server owners and platform-channel owners remain responsible for:

  • Community rules
  • Moderator staffing
  • Bans, timeouts, and message deletion
  • Content filtering
  • Informing users that relay is enabled
  • Choosing which Discord relay channel and streaming platforms are connected
  • Responding to abuse
  • Complying with applicable laws and platform policies

StreamBridge may suppress duplicates, reflections, and bot messages, but it does not guarantee that harmful or prohibited content will be detected or blocked.

11. Permissions

StreamBridge requires only the Discord permissions needed for its configured functions, which may include:

  • View Channels
  • Send Messages
  • Read Message History
  • Manage Webhooks
  • Embed Links
  • Attach Files

If permissions are removed, some features may stop working.

You are responsible for reviewing StreamBridge’s permissions before inviting it and for limiting its channel access appropriately.

12. Availability and changes

StreamBridge is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Delivery of every message
  • Preservation of message order
  • Immediate delivery
  • Compatibility with every platform feature
  • Continued availability of any third-party API
  • That duplicate detection will catch every duplicate
  • That relay-loop detection will prevent every loop
  • That profile images, emotes, attachments, colors, or formatting will always be preserved

Messages may be delayed, altered, truncated, rejected, duplicated, or lost because of:

  • Platform rate limits
  • API quotas
  • Network failures
  • Permission changes
  • Platform moderation
  • Account restrictions
  • Stream or live-chat state
  • Third-party outages
  • Software defects
  • Maintenance

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features at any time.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to StreamBridge if we reasonably believe that:

  • These Terms have been violated
  • The Bot is being abused
  • Use creates legal, security, or platform-compliance risk
  • A platform requires the restriction
  • Continued operation may harm users, infrastructure, or third parties

A dashboard user or server administrator may stop using StreamBridge at any time by:

  • Disabling Discord integration with /channel remove
  • Disconnecting Social Stream Ninja with /ssn disconnect
  • Disabling linked direct platform connections with /direct disable or through the dashboard
  • Disconnecting linked identities through the dashboard
  • Revoking third-party authorizations
  • Removing StreamBridge from the Discord server

Disconnecting a linked identity requests revocation of StreamBridge’s OAuth authorization from the applicable provider and deletes the locally stored identity and credentials after revocation is confirmed. Disconnecting the final linked identity permanently deletes the StreamBridge account and its related saved data, including sessions, bridge settings, platform assignments, Discord relay configuration, and stored relay history. Removing the Discord Bot from a server is separate from revoking the signed-in Discord user’s OAuth grant. Users may also revoke StreamBridge through the relevant platform’s account settings.

For deletion of stored server configuration, contact [email protected].

14. Intellectual property

StreamBridge’s software, branding, logo, documentation, and original materials are owned by Gozar Productions LLC or their applicable licensors, except for user content and third-party names, trademarks, and materials.

These Terms do not grant permission to:

  • Impersonate StreamBridge
  • Use StreamBridge branding deceptively
  • Claim official affiliation
  • Remove proprietary notices
  • Redistribute protected materials except as permitted by an applicable open-source license

If StreamBridge’s source code is published under an open-source license, that license separately governs use of the source code.

15. Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or feature ideas, you grant us permission to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of unrelated materials you include.

16. Privacy

StreamBridge’s information practices are described in the StreamBridge Privacy Policy.

By using StreamBridge, you acknowledge that messages and account information will be processed as described there.

17. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamBridge is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We disclaim implied warranties including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy
  • Availability
  • Security
  • Reliability

We do not warrant that StreamBridge will satisfy every use case, remain compatible with third-party platforms, or prevent all data loss, duplication, abuse, or unauthorized access.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gozar Productions LLC and StreamBridge’s contributors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, account access, platform privileges, or business opportunities arising from or related to StreamBridge.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability arising from StreamBridge will not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you paid directly for StreamBridge during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • USD $25

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gozar Productions LLC, StreamBridge’s contributors, and their representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of StreamBridge
  • Your content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of another person’s rights
  • Your unauthorized connection of a server, channel, or platform account
  • Your violation of a third-party platform’s terms or policies

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days, except where immediate relief is legally necessary.

Any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The unenforceable provision will be interpreted as closely as legally permitted to its intended effect.

22. No waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.

23. Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written permission.

We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, transfer of StreamBridge, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when StreamBridge, third-party platforms, or legal requirements change.

The revised Terms will display an updated date. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using StreamBridge and revoke any connected authorizations.

25. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the StreamBridge Privacy Policy and any applicable written supplemental terms, form the entire agreement concerning use of StreamBridge.
